Apple Chia Jam

This naturally sweet jam is made with fruits and chia seeds without refined sugar.
The chia seeds help thicken the jam while adding extra fiber and nutrients.
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
You can also freeze small portions for up to 2 months.
Perfect for toast, yogurt bowls, pancakes, or quick snacks throughout the week.
Ingredients
  • 2 apples (peeled and chopped)
  • 2–3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • lemon juice
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Little water if needed
Method
  1. Cook apples with a splash of water until soft.
  2. Mash or blend lightly.
  3. Add lemon juice and chia seeds.mix well.
  4. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to thicken.
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
