Carrot Oats Bake

Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 4 grated carrots
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
- 1–1½ cups milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix oats, grated carrots, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Add mashed banana, applesauce, and milk. Mix well.
- Fold in nuts or seeds if using.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
- Cool slightly and cut into slices for easy breakfast or snack prep.
