Carrot Oats Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 4 grated carrots
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 1–1½ cups milk

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix oats, grated carrots, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. Add mashed banana, applesauce, and milk. Mix well.
  4. Fold in nuts or seeds if using.
  5. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Cool slightly and cut into slices for easy breakfast or snack prep.
