Superfood Protein Ladoo ✨

These homemade Superfood Protein Ladoos are made using a nourishing mix of nuts, seeds, makhana, roasted chana, jaggery, and ghee. They are rich in protein, healthy fats, iron, calcium, and fiber, making them a perfect snack for both kids and adults.

These ladoos are naturally sweetened, easy to make, and ideal for busy mornings, school snack boxes, evening cravings, or post-play hunger.

Ingredients

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine the nuts, seeds & makhana powder with roasted chana powder.
  • Add jaggery powder and cardamom powder.
  • Warm the ghee slightly and pour it little by little into the mixture.
  • Mix everything well until the mixture starts holding together.
  • Shape into ladoos while the mixture is still warm.

Optional Add-ins You can also add:

  • Dry coconut
  • Raisins
  • Dates powder
  • Cocoa powder
  • Chopped nuts for extra crunch
