Sweet Potato Dates Brownies
These soft brownies are naturally sweetened with dates and sweet potato for an easy healthier treat.
Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
For longer storage, freeze individual pieces for up to 2 months.

Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes (boiled or baked)
- 1 cup soft dates
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup oats flour
- 2 tbsp nut butter or ghee
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Chopped nuts or chocolate chunks (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Blend sweet potato and dates into a smooth paste.
- Add cocoa powder, oats flour, nut butter, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Fold in nuts or chocolate chunks if using.
- Spread into a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
